Both directions require a verified concentration in mg/mL. If a label states a ratio such as 250 mg/5 mL, first calculate 250 ÷ 5 = 50 mg/mL.
For mg → mL, divide by concentration. For mL → mg, multiply by concentration. Keeping the units visible provides a useful independent check.
